1. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other accepted methods.
Any outstanding balance must be cleared before the event date.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event may qualify for a partial refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may result in a non-refundable deposit.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

3. Venue Usage & Regulations

Clients must adhere to all venue rules, including event timing, noise levels, and decor guidelines.
Any damage to the venue or property caused by guests will be the client’s responsibility.
The marquee must be vacated within the agreed time frame to avoid additional charges.

4. Catering & External Vendors

Catering services provided by Grand Palace Marquee must be booked in advance.
If external vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) are hired, they must comply with our venue policies.
The client is responsible for ensuring that vendors follow health and safety regulations.

5. Liability & Safety

Grand Palace Marquee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and must ensure their safety.
We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual who violates venue policies.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

Any personal information collected for bookings will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.

7. Changes & Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website.
